We are currently looking for 8-month Marketing Intern to join our Brand Management team from Sept 2025 through May 2026. Ideal candidates have a strong track record of leadership and analytical skills through academic, extracurricular, or volunteer activities, and will graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Spring/Fall 2027. From Day 1 as a Marketing Intern, you will be provided a robust work plan designed to help you develop the leadership and analytical skills needed to become a future Marketing leader.

In this role you will: 

  • Be responsible for developing marketing plans that will help grow the business

  • Lead special assignments that will provide solutions for your brand

  • Analyze and form creative connections between varied data sources to identify trends in your Brand, and present recommendations based on your learnings

  • Own multiple projects critical to the success of your Brand team

  • Learn from talented leaders from both Brand Management and other functions to develop skills to become a future business leader

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between Jan 2027-Sept 2027

  • Available for an 8-month co-op beginning Sept, 2025 through April 2026 Hybrid role with two days per week in office (mandatory)

  • Possess natural leadership and business skills, demonstrated in academic and/or extracurricular activities

  • Tenacity and an entrepreneurial spirit, and are passionate about seeking out solutions to win

  • Strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment

  • Analyzing data and thinking critically to uncover insights that will help influence business decisions

  • Demonstrated track record of initiative, innovation, and creativity

Starting Hourly Wage: $24.00 / hour CAD

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes the above starting wage offer and is eligible for overtime pay. Please note that the stated pay range applies to Canada locations only.

Kimberly-Clark will not support in-country relocation for the chosen candidate for the role.  The benefits provided will be per the terms of Kimberly-Clark’s applicable mobility policies. The benefits/policy provided will be decided at Kimberly-Clark’s sole discretion. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only.
